Our goal is to provide you with financial and administrative support and information in a timely and courteous manner.
Most parents' and guardians' primary contact with the Business Office will relate to tuition billings and students' MyKidsSpending accounts. However, we also interact with parents on questions of tuition refund insurance, student laundry services, student health insurance, and more. I hope these pages will help you navigate through a process that can be confusing at times.

Invoices
For payment of tuition and monthly invoices you can go directly to the bill payment site here. First time users must create an account and enter their child's last name and student ID number. If you have any issues accessing this site, please contact the Business Office at 978-448-7562.
For new students only for payment of the Commitment Deposit and Registration Fee.
Parents can set up an account through this site for school store spending. Students also have the ability to withdraw cash from this account through the mailroom. Please see the Frequently asked Questions link below for more detailed information about this card.
FACTS
Optional monthly payment plan for tuition is available with FACTS. FACTS offers a 9 month payment plan. Please note that you must enroll in the 9 month plan no later than May 15. Incidental charges will be billed directly to parents and are not paid through FACTS.
Groton School welcomes your tuition payments and deposit by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, eCheck and Flywire.

MyKidsSpending International parents may pay via wire transfer. Groton School has partnered with Flywire to streamline the bill payment process for international families. Flywire offers multiple payment options and competitive foreign exchange rates, allowing you to pay in your home currency (in most cases) and to save money when compared to traditional banks. Flywire accepts payments made through UnionPay and Alipay.
